how to do business with Macedonian

This country is a developing country in east Europe.the CPI is almost the same as our country.As it is very small ,so there is seldom factory in the country ,so most of productions must import from the other country.such as Genman  Italy etc, but they do not like the higer price and the automatic technologe.so they want to receive the best offer that is the best low price ,and they do not care the quality of the priduction.

K u3^_? j1L.NN-N the other hand is speed of working.when u receive the inquiry from them,perhaps they will order this in one year or two years even mor e longer time .so when you give theme offer,you must think about the exhange in this priod.besides ,if they confim this order ,it will last long time for them to ship these priductions.for example if the client ordered in January,and pay for the deposite ,maybe he will ship tthe good in NOVEMBER this year,if you send email to tell him that the production has alread finished ,it is normai that they do not answer it.  because they do not care.qBl#u5ao3CM
