with the times going on, you may accumulate more and more customer"s information, how to deal with such informationFOB is a big problem. Maybe some software will be help, but to find a good software is not easy. Besides the sofeware, is thereFOB any simple way? Yes, you can make a list by excel, in the excel, including the customer the name, country, telephone, fax,mail, the item he/she is interested in, the progress and so on. You need to update the list at a certain time.

For web applications is one of the more well-known commercial products is Siteminder, which provides single-signon facilities. A usual web application implementation stores the more sensitive personal data inside the Siteminder application, and less sensitive can be stored in a normal database.

If it is not web application, I would say a Microsoft Access database will do the trick better than an Excel sheet. Apart from being an ordinary database, you can create a  nice graphical interface to enter / edit / delete customer data (a socalled 'Form'), as well as integrate with Microsoft Word (for instance if you want to generate letters with customer's name, but otherwise similar).
