I didn't know what's going on . I had received another new inquiry as same as last, what does he wanna do ? Is it a real buyer  ? It would help if you posted their email (changing the names and company names, of course).

I have met a similiar case. I received such an inquiry two months ago. He introduced his company and asked me to send the quotation and other products details to him. I did so. But several days later, he replied with the same as last email. Then I asked if he receive my last email, of course, in a polite way. But there was no reply.....

So I think it can't be a real buyer. Maybe he just send the same email to many people at a time.

Its' also possible they're a rather disorganized buyer, who has so many requests out for quotes that he can't keep them all straight. That happens as well. From experience, such shoppers are very price-conscious.

Maybe he is not the real buyer, but you can let him know what is wrong with it, and what you need exacly, if he send the same E-mail again, then, do not have to contact with him anymore.

Go through some check outs and try to get more information about the products that he interested in...If he could reply normally and with some information that you need, then you could judge he is a real buyer or just wanna cheat you

get in touch with these potential buyers and find out what they want to buy.
