To me,i've never met this problem before,it seems they always work in a company for a long long time, not like us which always change job quickly.

I met this kind of situation once, she told me that, and let me contact with her colleague, so, what  I do is say good luck to her.

maybe we could learn some from below idea:
*U{8s\9K*t2S+S What do you do when long-time customers suddenly leave their company? Consider them new leads. I ask for their new number and then call to thank them for their past business, I wish them well and find out more about their new company. Clients are usually impressed with this follow-up, and I send updated sales literature with my business card. In case they no longer handle the buying, they normally are happy to give me the appropriate person??s name and number. Using this approach I am on my way to making more sales to a new company. I never encounter such during my working time and it is always ourside that sent the notice that some guy left the company and his or her colleagues would take over his job. So, I got much comfused that why foreigner do not change so requently in work and is it because our salary in China here is so low that no one could be statisfied with current level???
