What to do with those who have no replies?

What to do with those who have no replies afer enquirying about our products?K.o4M'vXd*[+`f

4Xq%I6Xh$| J This question really bothers me. Some customers have no replies after we send them the details, catalogues or price. My manager and other sales suggest that I should send greeting emails to them days later. But what should the greeting emails include? Including the weather? important matters? new catalogues?.......
G"S,{1i'KoH!K bJ 0AS3k J ~uA.~
Maybe this is a good idea. But to be honest, I always feel that it may bother the customers if we send something nothing to do with his business. Also I don't know how to write such greeting emails. I think it'll be a little simple and not professional to send an email just about weather or domestic matters.... c`#W&teg h#V@

0Yt+n:Li S3[ FOBers, maybe you have such experience or you have some good suggestions. Kindly give me some leads to a succefull greeting email! Many thanks!

Just ask them how is his feeling towards your products directly like how do you think of the price, the design,if have any special requires just feel free to let you know, you can add some greeting words at the beginning of the email of course like "how is everything with you" or some others.P qsz2YuAs;iL

If you can call them directly, that would be better, customer will think you pay a big importance on them, they will also pay attention on you.

Do worry about this, we always meet such kind of problems, sometimes, it is just because our high price or bad quality. But sometimes, the customer is very busy at the moment. Therefore, take your time, and send the E-mail to your customer from time to time, keep in touch with your client.

Thanks for your suggestions and encouragement! I'll try to keep in touch with my customers by sending greeting emails or call them directly(to be honest, i've never tried to call clients directly before).

In my opinion, business just like we go shoppping,if you like to buy something then you will buy once the prices is resonable, but don't follow what the Attendants 'persuasion, right?QO VN8HG-Bs
So,just keep all those non-responce in a list and send them the marketing letter one month, two month later,if you want, just send email and say hello to them: "what is business going on?" But I don't agree that just always try to make friends with those customers, want to enhance feelings with them, and finally get orders from them.Maybe it will be worked, but it costs too much, your time, energy.
+P;\F#iF3x$W+w From my experience, just keep the customers not forget you,not forget your products and prices and services. That is all.

It's important to keep in touch with your potential customers. Remember that some need to buy now, but some won't need to buy for months. That's alwasys an important question to ask early on in the sales process.
`-w D"H'RP*y]/R U"]5_2{ d:x
To answer your question, I think your boss wants you to send the customer a quick "checking in" email that asks if they have any other questions, and that asks if they'd like to set up a short time to discuss those questions. !XG.KQ'v&V*Xg:] rC

lK2C+l$qFCm Try to sound like the coach that helps the buyer meet their goals, instead of the salesperson who tries to get their money. Think of that mindset in your written interaction, as well as your spoken interaction. You'll do very well that way.

The most important is to know if the customer is really a potential buyer and when they will buy. If you have an exact idea of this, just follow up and keep in touch with them.&@.`5Q z6k _"l*L

In fact, foreign customers do not reply There are three main reasons: @'g[| Z$e G
1. They only ask the price, there is no real willingness to buy
TA6S F xc ibR 2. They are too busy, did not have time to reply to you
+L$y&Sk0yU|*Dg 3. They get better prices from others

The problem confront many people frequently.I emailed many  people, called many people.some of them promised to check my email but they didn't reply. But a few of them did reply to me cand finally become my clients.I think it satisfying. So I sugget that you call them when you have no hearing from them.
