Got some reflection on drop of exchange rate

Have heard about many news about the exchange rate recently, it keeping droppiong every day or even every hour. And many factories and companies are suffering the same challenge: How to survive from this under this circumstance???

ji0L2r zE?&a We are manufacturer for plush toys and export goods through another export agent. And of course we have to pay them 5% commission for each deal. That is pretty much high, in my opinion. I do not understand why we do not apply the licence of export, thus we may save a lot of the spending...:o  But the only advantage for that is we could ensure to selling and receiving payment in due time. And evenmore, we do not have to worry about the market: How we could to find the buyers in the world. All things have two sides.

+u:pEUV$k7a Like other factories, with the rocketing rising price of the raw materials and labor cost, we are facing a very difficult situation now. We receive the payment in US dollars, but pay the local cost in RMB, with the depreciation of RMB, we find our profit margin is smaller and smaller. Furthermore, our workers are going on strike recently, due to the lower wage. It is become harder and harder. Meetings are held occasionally, but now become usually. They all get headaches on this. I do not know what they would take to solve this, I am afraid they will reduce people or something....Hope I am not the lucky dog!!!
