how to nose to nose the costomer's low price

Every day and every time you will get the message from customer that your price is on the hign side ,if you can meet our price we can place a trial order ,and they said they do this price from other company (but i don't know why he would like change the provider:a doubtful poit)

i think you can tell him it,s hardly to move any more. or you can just reduce the price a liittle, and tell him the profit is very little and you have try your best."T~\tK6m\

one of my client once told me that the standards he evaluated the supplier is satisfying or not are: quality, communication, and priceW/NpP#{-J
so i think excellent quality is the most important among all of the factors$@!r:`$V5LeO6R
it will win good fame and favourable profit for your clients' markets

Yes ,May you can reduce a little and tell him that is the lowest price you can offer .

my clients always said our prices are so so so high, they can get very lower prices from other suppliers. But our prices really very lower, I do not know from where he can get the lower prices which is nearly to our cost ? I m puzzled

Hi,I think we should know well about our product, know the product difference between ours and our competitors', then we can persuade our customers by the especial characters our products have. Anyway, you can sell the products out, you are the best. :D

List all the advantages your company have compared to other suppliers or you may reduce a bit if price you quoted is still higher.

If you make sure that your price is reasonable, and cannot be lower, just tell him the truth. if the clients is value enough, you might discuss with your boss to see whether the price can be lower to meet his target price. if the clients is not value enough, you can tell him this is your best price, if he can get better price from others, congratulation! and hope to do business with him in future.

Sometimes we quote prices but never get any reply, even you send emails to them again and again, in this case whatever you want to do, you can't do.

Maybe this is an opportunity to get orders, but the prices of some customers who need are very very low, if we accept them, we'll lose money. They always say they bought the products at such prices, but i doubt whether it is true. No one will do business without profits, right? And if he can buy the products at this price, he doesn't need to reply your email to tell you your price is high.

I agree that quality ,service and price are very important factor in the negotiate of business.When we meet the custmer's lower price,we can try to persude them by good quality and especial character of our products and advantage of our service.
