In Chinese,it means 汇票,it's a term of payment just like L/C,T/T,but it's less safe than any other payment.:loveliness:

pp means pre-paid.
(nLv2}n6| it means shippers pay the freight cost.

PP means pre-paid. just means you should paid the freight cost or other fees instead of your client at beignning.

PP  means freight prepaid
