Shipping so early? Why?

Today my client told me that our forwarder agent in usa faxed her that the goods have been unloaded on San Diego port and asked her to pay the addtional fees. I was so surprised as the goods shipped ahead of time. And our forwarder in China told me the goods are expected to be discharged on destination arould 24days after being loaded on vessel somedays ago. I am in deep fuzed .While the most important point is that the B/L,the invoice and the packing llist are still at my hand. How should my customer to get the goods? Oh,my god.:') 9yL/iSL
