How to apply for BIVAC?

I am operating L/C now.My goods will export to Bangladesh.m `bK:J:Ao.U6]
I have L/C in my handled now.I checked the L/C,it is same as before.But in the additional terms,this time,the goods must be inspected by BIVAC before shipment.r/dh2e!h-L8Bt
Who had such experience?I need you help!
