My Froeign Trade Experience

I started my jog form dec,2006.till now, I almost worked for 1 year and a half.My company mainly exports glassware.
Hlx~4S My job is handling all steps in foreign trade.Every year,we take part in canton fair two times.We exhibit our goods and want to attract many new customers,and we did make it.
E(_5wP8L2d,A At beginning,it is not eash for me,even my major is international trade,but we all know theory is very different from pratice.And I must take care of everything.Because actually foreign trade is risky,if you are not careful enough,you will make mistake and meet loss.4a5AnIMH.]#b
So,I put all my heart into studying handling every step,from the first step,deal with the inquiry,and give offer.actually,i must be familiar with my products and cost price and know about the customer,so,I know how to give advice.+a:Zi)} iS w
Second step is to signing sales contract and confirm with it.Generally,you can confirm it by asking them to fax back the s/c with their signature.later,they will send deposit,so,I will communicate with my production and inform them to arrange production.
n?H d,[`b During production,I must communicate with production department about all details and track the goods product,and keep the customer informed.When the goods is ready,I call my customer to arrange my customer to give my shipping agent to arrange shipment.
)H*~!p p V1\/R9c In this step,I must keep close contact with customs for clearance shipping company about all the shipping details, comfirm the original B/L.This is the certificate to get container from shipping company.This step is very important,we can not make any mistake.Ohterwise,the customer will meet problem when he get containers and apply for clearance.
(QE gF-Z({ After making shipment,prepare all shipping details copy and send to customer for confirmation.if shipping docs are confirmed.The next step is decided by your payment.If you accept LC,you should prepare all docs requied by L/C and send to customer??s bank.D/P require you to send all shipping docs to the customer??s bank.TT is the easiest.you can require customer send you tt by showing them b/l copy.\q8Dkx+p;fhSi
After all steps finished,you should have a close contact with your customer and get the feedbacks.OM!E?2jpT:|\
Every step is very close.after 1 year and a half,I can  handle all steps flently.But the people who experienced know the beginning is very tough.It is very challenge.Different people have different feeling,To me,I just think,challenge attract me.I love this feeling,I will be better and better after taking over every challenge.
