Generally there are 2 ways to do the international trade: some company
)j'HO"qAZ0z:| will ask you to develop new customers, and some will give you some customers to
+MpH1NA~k,gKs maintain.  Which one will be better?

^f#Zn*_c I think most people will choose the latter(it is just the one I am in now ),but it seems that
$Z*i)nJ*J it isn't so challengable than the former one. what's more,in my opinion, the former one will

the new comer will be more confident if they have1-2 old customers to follow at the beginning, and it will enable them to do better on developing new customers.

for a new salesman. I think latter one is better for the beginning. Because you can learn manythings from this one. and keep confident. If first you choose the first one. Although is make you feeling so much challenge. But i think it's too hard for starting.

In my opinion, as the green hand,  choosing the one which offers you some customer to mantain, the trading company is much better. Because you can learn a lot , especialty you can know the whole operation of the trade. Then you can choose the company you need develope customer.At that time you will find you will do it much better.

when i learned more one day. i think i will quit the job to looking for another job with search for clients
