[2008] My career puzzle

It??s six years since my graduation in 2002. My major in college is International Finance, but I chose to be a foreign trader, my first job was working in a lighting factory as a trader, lasted only four months. But it left me many memories, happy or unhappy.
8`-Pb&T1o im Later, I worked in a furniture factory, a big company, here, I learned much from this job.[;}SJ@:k^
And the third, the current one, I??ve been working here for about five years.
!egyH9\4q_~Qan Sometimes, looking back past years, I feel it??s really a tough road, sometimes, I think with regret that I should have worked even more hard. One thing I??m proud of is that my learning habit is kept till now. h%SAD1nU&[_7K/e
But, I think I meet my bottle neck now, the deteriorated market situation, and factory capacity, my language ability, my age, and etc. I??m confused how I make my future career layout. It??s time for me to consider it carefully, hopefully to find a long-time continuable career layout. Change trade field or not, or make trade by SOHO, or leave foreign trade to a totally different work, above ways linger in my mind everyday. I feel perplexed and stray.
a?0uW5n }z~8f To stop annoying thoughts, I find many things to do, during work; I try to trade other products of same line. During work-off time, I read books such as economics, finance, international trade and even herbals. I learn to exercise YOGA. And I??m also preparing for CATTI. Being busy make me forget career confusion, make me feel quiet. Hopes are waiting for me just on the corner.

My idea is even you didnt do your current job, but dont exit for this field. especially you have worked for so long time. To re-start a new field,that means you need to create so much things you have to meet.],^5` W.n*RD1z

One thing I??m proud of is that my learning habit is kept till now, i am admiring you who can insist on studying till now. i gratudted last july,i would like to study the english and my professional knowledge all the time,but i can't insist till now.

M.G0M4S#yd this year is the third year after graduating,although i am as a foreign seller in three different companies,the most i learn whatever the social skills or the knowledege of business is during the first company,that is a very big company with a head enterprise and three subsidiaries.So i am thankful for the comapany including my dear manager all the time!.`Y9Of^-o P
But the second job i have do nothing,only opened computer,then with no aims looking some websites and chatting with others,i hate these days!t@{A3IV
So i decided to find my third job,it is also my current job,although it is a short time for me to come here,i have made a decision to stay here,and enrich myself!V i

it is hard to choose

Atually, i also stand on the crossroad, and i really don't know how to choose.now i am working in an America company as the sourcing execute , it sounds very good as a American conmpany stuff, maybe it is good for someone, but i find it is not suitable for me after one month,becuse all the day, i have to sit in front of the computer to look for the produtions company and inquire the price and collect the information of the products to American clients, frankly speacking, most time, they just compare the price from dozes of companies , seldom place the order.Even get the order, the quantitie is very small  because all the products are mainly the promotional gift, for example , if the sony company sell one computer , they will  attach a  bag or photo frame to let their computer sell well. Thus, the order is so small. some times we will face some embarrassed things, there so many promotinal products to be asked from many factories, so they know us well, then some of them will ask us that you are always inquiringthe price  seldom to place order, i know your company,  and we can't tell the price to you. such kinds things often happen.iI admire that the difficulties are always existing in our life, but i can't see my future here although the salary seems good. When i was confused , i get my schoolfellow who want me to be the sale manager after we talking face to face, at the beginning i hesitate, because i have only half past one year worek experience, i'm afraid that i am not competent for this position. another main reason is that  the sales is a new apartment for the company which sell synthetic grass in domestical market. as the RMB rate is still inceased, the exporting is very hard . but he told me the profit space is biger than other traditional products. and i think as first people of the sales of the company, there are many things need me to do, it is also a a chance for me, but it is still the challeng for me , how to look for the buyers. the boss never refer to exporting fiends. all the things needs me to deal with. comparing my corrent job with the sales , i prefer to the latter, i just want to challenge myself, i don't want to sit at front of the computure whole day and even whole years. At the same time i really don't know whether it is right for me?

After read your story, i think you're still young enough. Don't think too much about your pocket but your experience. Comparing with sunny, we still have many choices in the following 5 years. How to get more experience and how to learn more on the way... Maybe on the learning way, you'll find what you want one day. Anyway, busy days are better than boring job.
