{R KU-D:l It has been so long time for me to write an English article. I think now my English writing is so poor. I hope you can understand and read my words well. I would like to share my deeply and dangerous payment during my sales working time.

That should be drawn back to 2006. I was a sales lady who should be responsible for developing customers. Our company doesn??t supply anything. We need to develop customers by free website, for example, made-in-china, trade-key and etc. Everyday I find free website and register, and then send mails to customers. Actually it??s a difficult job, I feel very depressing. No order, no good mood. If I receive one mail next day, I was so excited. Time flies so quickly, I was in that company nearly 3 months. I thought I was lucky because I got one order in so shortly time. He is from bahrein islands and would like to make L/C at sight to us. Of course, this order was so smoothly. Then I feel a little satisfied. Everyday is continuing, I still need to find customers by free website. *Hj t5?v

_0ba+jJ&D My Pakistan customer sent inquiry to me, what we do is to give him best quotation. One day, he told me that he would visit Chinese factory and also visit our company. That sounds good news for me, maybe will get an order. So we picked him up at the airport, and come to our company to discuss stone business. He chose so many stone colors and sizes, and then I wrote down everything in my paper. Due to different language, you see, their English is a little bad. We confirmed the processing way of stone tiles again and again, he agreed. (As usual, stone tiles are polished, but he told me not polished.) I don??t know why he would like not polished tiles, but everything should be done according to customer??s requirement. Then finally we talked payment. He told me for example, total amount is CNF $ 13210. Before production, TT $2657 then L/C $5520，after copy of bill of lading, TT balance$ 5033. I translated to my boss, he agreed that payment. The reason for such payment is to avoid taxes in his countrty. So I feel very happy about that, which means we have 60% to get an order. [/font][/size]u

Everything was done as usual. I made P/I to him (the amount is only $5520), and then we received L/C at sight from bank. I placed order to our factory?? then received his advanced money $2657 before production. During these days, I didn??t feel any dangerous. Maybe because of my boss, you see, when we discussed such payment, my boss agreed. All the products are well-done, and documents also done by our DOC.

That day, I found so big problem. If we send all the documents to bank, if he not pay balance, that means we would loose $5303. In L/C, the total amount is only$5520. How will the bank care about every detail about us? P*kR)r`4B

Also the valid date of L/C is coming now. I feel hot head??and called to him. First day, no one received call??Second day, he received my call, and promised to me would TT to our account today, and then send me copy of bank receipt. #ub)q @+Te8L It shounds like avoid tax, but acctually, as far as L/C concerned, the stipulation in contract and L/C should fully consitant. It means he just has to pay the amount in the L/C that is OK, and can get all the goods. For balance? Who knows he will pay or not, even you sue him, you may lose it..

very dangerous! recently, i am contacting with a customer from Viet Nam, they requested 100% L/C, maybe also wanting to avoid tax, however, my boss did not agree L/C at all, finally we made a deal that 20%T/T, balance against copy B/L. Although this, we are still a little worried about whether we would receive the balance.
