how to begin ?

I have a good chance to be in charge of a export & import company ,but I do not know how and  where to begin ,and how to run the company asap.

before you come , could you give me some your information or your suggestions about it .

To manage a company is not that easy...My suggestion is that you should take some course about business administration, so that you could help the company to go as scheduled.s+[K {;P X
In addition, since the company authorizes you as the manager, I think you should be confident in yourself, coz you should be capable of the challenge...

Thanks for your advice .I have many need to study .

_?N t4UK x you know that I have been a office in  a similar company before ,then everyday was busy , but I could feel that learn much every year . then hope I will be boss very much , now the chance is coming ,:) :loveliness: I do not what to do ?. and feel that I have little about how to run a company and little in the field .
