i am puzzled
Hmm, i got something for you. i have a customer from Germany, but she thought it was expensive for them to pay the sample's freight cost. they said they would like to think over it, and i have sent lots of e-mails. i received their letter yesterday, the customer still said they will review it. how does it come? perhaps i can use the send methods as you.....but i may bother them? who can help me?^.p*Dr]'|j
thanks....

you can tell him that your customer will pay for the freight in advance"lL Y:i|N;T
and when he place an order to your company, your company will refund the freight to himUno&U J%Ir"ib

we can't cooperate with this bad reputation's customer. as a rule, they should pay the sample's freight .
