Last May, I came to my new company, a new company which was built less than one year. I can say both my company and I grow together, for almost of all the orders now we received is related with me.

Actually, one person can not do everything. I must admit that for the continuation of our business is not only the work of myself. The most important thing I think is the attention. You must pay a lot attention to the work you do, day and night, work and rest, no any choice. Last spring festival, I was still working for searching the orders, and now we have three main customers in Europe, one customer in US, and one possible customer in Japan. All of these changes are from the beginning of great attention.

I have tried a lot of methods for searching the orders, the emails, b2b, the website, the foreign office in China, the business friends and so on. Thanks to FOB forum, in my before-mentioned days, I learnt lots from her. There are not only so many good threads but also many good heart friends.

My first order is from Greece, which is found on one b2b by me. Actually, the other necessary thing for searching orders is the right method. If the searching enquiry of yours is put on a right place, the customers will find you by them, after a lot of working for the enquiry, the only thing you do is waiting. 3F-T:]*^2^ i

Then, when the possible customer comes to your door, remember that you must reply them at the first time. You must make them know you care them very much. Moreover, you may feel the difference between true possible customers or not after a period of working. The guys who only ask you about the price, you can forget them.

There seems to be one door and another door before you find the final customer, one door towards another door. You should find the right way and right key. My first order is successful after three months searching and communication, more than 200 letters between the customer and me, also some urgent telephone. She is a lady and her voice is very interesting. You know, not only for us English is a foreign language, also for the foreigners who have their own language not English. Don't feel shy before you say English, this is another experience of mine. They will not laugh on you, just express yourself as you like, and you will feel it more and easier after a lot of talking. Her colleagues came to China in last Feb, but at that time, the producing of our factory has not been normal started, so we find a weather reason not inviting them to come to Kabuli.;BU~{

I feel a little tired, but the mood is happy. And after the first successful order, you must feel and do better than beginning. And that is really the real thing after that. Our most important Germany customer is found by us also from a b2b, he is a Chinese reprehensive from a very old company in Germany. Although he telephone to my boss, not I, but he finds us actually on the b2b which I sent the enquiry. The other customer of Europe is from Sweden, who finds us by our website built by my effort. They have come to our factory for much time, because eve time before shipping, the QC of their company will come to our factory. And customers from different countries have different tradition that is another interesting thing in international trading. When you meet the customers, you should talk with them with the topic they are interested in, not for the talking of only you. The most interesting customer I have met is from Australia, an old man with age 53. They bring some old timber from old house in Australia to us, and we should produce them into sport flooring. That is his first time coming China. He drinks the water in hotel directly without heating, for his saying in Australia; you may drink the water without boiling. But he certainly felt ill after that, and told me about it. After my explaining of that, he finally understands the difference of water between Australia and China. For one proud thing of this old man, his son is the swimmer in Australia and will take part in the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008. He has beaten the famous swimmer in US whose name is Phelps. If for only one word of the description for the customers from different country, I can not, but I can easily see the difference from the customers from different country. For Korean and Mideast, I do not think it is value for cooperating. For US and Canada, they are very strict of the contract, quality and law. For the Germany, they are careful and will not eat their words. For the Japanese, it will be a hard work before the products are accepted by them, but easy after they accept. For English man, very proud and late reply. For Greece, do not hope receiving their reply from holiday, but they are easy to communicated. For Italy and Turkey, be careful of cheated by them and they will bargain a lot as well.-v~+{4Fwr8i

For our new customer from US, he came to our factory two days ago. I found this customer on the internet as well, and finally he chooses our company to be one of his suppliers. Now we do not need to find any other customers, for all of the orders we are doing is enough for ours and our cooperating factories. My boss has a plan, our company can be a manufacturer and trader at the same time, and I think in the future it may come true. {+M4x4E;o$`#O.`
