[2008] my first LC share

[size=2][color=Blue]   I did the foreign trade work for a short time ,during this period ,I met many things ,I will never forget which I first met LC.]w \;E/X3s0_q$k
  In the last year ,I met a Lithuania customer who were interested in our machine ,but the payment term is very difficult ,in general ,we can receive the 30% T/T ,the balance against before shipment ,but because my bad experience ,I agreed with customer which I can accept the 15% deposit and balance against copy B/L.at first ,I feel very happy that I had the larger order ,but there is a bad dream,my boss can not accept this payment term ,I didn??t know how to do ,the customer said I cheated him and will let his lawyer do me.i feel very sad and worried ,I can not how to deal with,at last ,I consulted with my customer ,if they can pay the balance against LC.at last ,the customer think I am a very bad person ,I knew ,it is my wrong ,but I have no method.the customer accept the LC.

yes,we must consult our manager about the significant issues  like above. our factory can accept the T/T in general,but this year,i met a customer that want to do L/C.although my major is international ecomonic and trade and i have learned L/C during the university,everything we studied has been forgotten.so we should go on studying the professional knowledge.

A good experience in learning how to deal with L/C...I appreciate it!

Well, I still have one question. why not use balance against b/l copy? Is that way dangerous? Who can tell me? tks for all!
