Before my graduate,i never experience how difficult to communicate with foreigner in business ways. Until that day (8th.8.2006), i met a foreigner client who came from france,let me konw how to deal with business face to face.

ie9dg.X-X6E-f&\-X-S0N v I get in the Logistics company on Jul.24.2006, because i don`t have work experience,the boss interview me and think about if let me as her staff just take half an hour, i told her what i have experience in the school,and what i can do for her company, he ask many difficult questions.then let me feel that job isn`t suitable for me. But in the end , i gave him a promise that in a month if i don`t get a client, i will not accept her salary and free service for her company. The boss observe me a while, and told me you came my company tomorrow,and you will have a big challenge,so you say! Keep promise!v @|(]-Is1e6BVo#M

cj-~Gc The next week, it will put in to practice, i search lot of information, and go out to meet different chinese person.But the end is nothing. So i feel a little upset that morning, and the boss told me go out to look aroud the curio market, and her countenance looks like flammability.she also give me a feeling u r out in this battle! I hopefully went out to that antique curio market! Just that time, nothing can in my eyes, only have sky in the head!

G+^(Gg*u A I looked around and watch every interesting things about chinese culture and curio,all things looks like great,and i went to a pottery shop, then chat with the shoppwner,the owner told me many kinds of thing she could met in this market,and different foreigner she had been met. And how to deal with different things with different client.The owner looks very easy-going and like this kind of me! Betwwen the midst of we talk about half an hour, a foreigner come in,and he come from france ,and the owner need me help her to translate about her products and in order to sale to this foreigner.when i chat with after 10 minutes,i konw he stay in shanghai first,then transfer to beijing to do his business in antique forniture,and he want to buy some and cooprate with beijing company , he also need shipper his goods to france.But now he is first come beijing and the first day come here.so he need to find collect information and he told me that he felt i am kindly,hope i could help him. So in that time i told him it was my honor to help him,and also i feel i have a chance to get my first client.then the shop-owner let us sit down in the desk, you konw it is hot that season. We communicaton the basic inforamation in the buy and ship his items from beijing or shanghai to france, we chat about half an hour,and told the contact ways each other.Also his first coopration company is this potteryshop with this auntie. and order 15 pics pottery horse.and give this foreigner receipt , we stayed this shop about 2 hours and  this foreigner friend ask me many question in business,trouist,and so on. We left that place about 5 o`clock P M. and make a date to meet in the next morning to buy different kinds of goods~:victory:

Qp+{B7V When we met next day, we planned how to begin to purchase what he want to buy. I told him different ways and he made the dicision.We began from the 10:00AM.So many difficult things i need to deal with in oral English, business English,Logistics konwledge, and so on,because i am a newbie, my manger don`t believe me in this time. she arraged me let the foreigner come office and communication with her.I said no to her,because we have promise,so you just told me what i need to notice and i will deal with all things and then take my first client to meet with you.My boss agree with me. She always don`t believe,hope i do it failing. I truth feel that i must be success this time,let her konw the new comer is ok, so give every new graduate student a change is a bright maker._!kx6b|K

Hqx"~*lB6]h Then i spent one week to purchase antique forniture,the weather is so hot in beijing that days. I helped him collect all shop and company name and different forniture. and go to bank help him transfer cash.Everyday i almost worked 12 hours.too tired that days.but the foreign friend have a little different, he don`t like speak English and oral English is poor,i need to guess what he said in our communication. The best funny thing is that he told me he want to go bank,but he use france to said "monk",he didn`t konw how to say this words,he told me many times in the begining, I felt too difficult to communication with him.Because i don`t understand france,just konw Japanese and English. It is big challenge.After some times, i also can konw some france and he also told me that you are a good friend and good coopration person in business. There also have other funny thing: he order the airticket on17:30 PM in the Saturday. He show it in the friday morning,then i told him you have to do all thing well this day and tomorrow you will have little time to deal with it. But he didn`t believe me,he said i can deal with it,because i have 2 days to do and the hotel service center told me the air is the day after tomorrow. of course, yes! From that moment , i konw he has wrong time-difference betwween two countries.And told me it`s ok. In the next morning, he called me hurry up, he is wrong,and we need see each other right now.Then he told me that he hope me to help him to deal with all things and he must be go home today. I said ok! i will do all the thins well and include transfor cash to pay all the company. He treat me drink coffen and sandwich, then go to taxi in hurry.In the same time ,he gave me 60RMB,and sorry about those things. After he left by taxi, i thought longtime about this and saw him disappear.

I spent 2 weeks to follow this client and gave my boss a good reply.Maybe it is lucky for me to meet this friend.From that time ,i also learn many things and know different areas person. It also give myself a big challenge.h {tz@:a1x l
