★SCT★ bank acount

[i][font=Times New Roman][size=4][color=DarkGreen]In foreign trade, the bank plays an important role in getting the deposit and balance. But when we are dealing with them, the bank will deduct some interest as commission charge. Sure, that is possible. I have no more experience in such area, but yesterday I met such a thing which makes me anoyed. Here I want to talk something about the bank account opened in China Construction Bank.
teh_o Before I withdraw the money, I check the account to show how much money left. But after I withdraw the money I needed, I found the balance is less then it should be. Why? I dealt with all this in the same bank and same city, they couldnot deduct any commission charge. What is wrong? Why the number is different? I am confused and went to ask how could that happen. Then they printed a detailed information for me and told me that they have deduct 3 yuan if your balance is less then 500 yuan as the fee for management of small amount. I see. But I did not know that until I get the information of it. TE~xb-uX-[
I think most people will pay little attention to the small amount deduct each time, 10yuan ,2 yuan, 3 yuan or even several fen, we ignore them being deducted. But we need to know why they are deducted?

Before u withdaw the money from ATM, check the balance first, after that, check again. 0}h6m$ph:t#q

oh, my god. is that so called forcible clause? Why did we deposit our savings there, esp. in Cun Bu Cu(=CBC=Constr... Bank of Chin...)?

we should have the access the information, but nowdays in china, the bank usually take the polivy of " no asking, no informing ',theyare seldom willing to tell us common ppl such information until are asked to do so....

chinese bank service need improvement urgently, because chinese get more and more smart!!
