[2008]My first job as a foreign trade clerk

[size=2]    I got the first job as a foreign trade clerk in a new company on February 25th,2008.And we mainly export solar garden light.R[,X"N c
    As a green hand,i was always ready to learn anything about lights,polyresin,plastic,stanless steel etc. in the workshop,in the warehouse,at the sample room and so on.Because of my hard work, i began my work smoothly.After a week,I passed the first quiz at the Department of Foreign trade and earned the GM's appreciation.I kept hard-working.In the middle of the second week,my boss called me to his office and asked me to contact with a client in place of him.I was touched by his faith on me.
-ko\Y A+Q*IC2k0P     But things didn't go well.At first,I didn't follow Ms. Cindy(my first client) :call: well because of my poor oral-english.She was so kind that she sent me a letter for checking.She wanted our quotation for some light.It seems easier for me in writen way.:victory: I quickly read the mail and listed the main ideas to my boss.When he was not busy,he had a look at my message and taked me to the sample room.I learnt a lot of knowledge about quotation,which is very important for every foreign trade clerk.Then he counted the cost of a solar light stanless steel which was named LSS096 as a example for me.Then I counted another light in the same series successfully.I was so happy,and i sent the quotation to Ms.Cindy.G9uF5hR&d/e
    She quickly replied me and pointed out our quotation is not available.I checked my e-mail and found that i forgot to change the valid day.It is so terrible to have this mistake.I sent my apology as soon as recept the mail,and explained that quotation is really not valid. l u]S$N6x
    She replied and asked me to give her a new quotation which could be available until the end of 2008.As we all know ,RMB rise in value everyday,but our quotation is based on USD.So i post it to my boss.He made the new quotation and i sent it.I noticed that the price  all increased about ten per cent.I thought Ms.cindy would replied and said the price was too high.
[W#g Ki\YoMu V     However,After a few days,she didn't tell me that the prices were a little high,but she wanted us to change the solar panel and gave them samples.I was a little excited.
&\f0x;T{)z6}-R     It was a well-done beginning.But a notice from school asked all the graduate to be back in the university at March the 28th.I talked to my boss about the issue.He wanted me to come back after my graduation.w6DU"AHlvMP;b
    I left the company on March the 20th.Before leaving , I sent a mail to Ms. Cindy to tell her to send the  mail to my boss in the future,and thanked for her kindness.
