[2008]my impress on Korean Client

Before the spring festival,I received an inquiry from EC21.(I'm a free member;P )It was from a Korean company,who needed our product M.Quatity was large.I was so happy that I replied him as soon as possible._/M[!]7|
I suddenly reminded that I knew a Korean girl,Risa,who was in charge of customer service in Korea EC21.I knew her when I worked in EC21 months ago.I asked her to help me dialing the Korean company and introducing our factory to him.She helped me with great enthusiasm,dialed them.But the result made me disappointed:that compay said there were many Chinese companies sending email to them,they would decide later.Oh,my god!I added his MSN.I didn't want to compare price with other factories.In my eyes,our Chinese factories are so poor when comparing price and have to set a lowest prices in order to get an order from other countries. I thanked risa,then went to take the bus home for spring festival.
Z*t/~4\4nReO5b The second time that company contact me was a month ago.The day when I was sending email as usual,Mr Lee suddenly said hello to me.Then he asked about our product M.I ask him the detailed info about the goods.Then he showed me by web camera.My boss helped me calculate price.Then I give him our price.He said nothing.I also didn't take it seriously.I hated Korea in fact.Most of them looked down up us,I got such news not one day.
eM*lc"Kc0Vo Then I found a new client,an American.I found by chance,by google,then send message on his website.He was polite.Now we've finished his samples:P ,hope he will be satisfied when receiving them.

When I told my colleague,she said she've given price to Mr Lee's company days ago.So I told Mr Lee to  contact my colleague about product B.(I don't know the other company's  policy about clients,by company?products?or contact person?how to avoid knocking into the same order)b#O#\!J'^Gh
When I asked Mr Lee about the payment,he said if we can give a best price for B,they would consider paying us for M,or cancling the order for M.But we've given him our lowest price.He said another factory gave him a lower price than ours.I didn't know how to say!!I told him to produce B in that factory,we cannot make sure the quality if our price was as that factory.

I really don't know about Korea.

One of my clients told to me:  I have worked with Chinese for years, I known that the quality couldn't be very good, so what I asked of the quality is reasonable.

I've told Mr Lee,only our factory can produce both M and B,and he also noticed it:) .If he was not satisfied with our factory for pice of B,OK,he can find another factory:lol I don't worry,because the amount money of M is far more than B.And we've give him the most competitive price for M.(so he asked me to send him PI).If he insisited on reducing the price of B,I will say bye bye to him.I believe he will ask me to produce for him at last.(c8fA;HD;M*{
PS:We will receive his samples today.He said again and again that we'd better not touch the samples before our agreement.But he also told me,which were the original samples,we'd better produce according to them later....;P

He is so foxy.When talking by MSN,if he is a little unsatisfactory,he just sends me:bye bye,we will not use you as supplier.No polite,no room to talk any more
