I can not understand!!!

I really do not know what the customers think everyday?

Its ur old customer or new customer? why did u loss temper to ur customer,u know,customer mean monery,should try ur best to control ur temper.Congratulations,ur order is waiting for u.:lol :lol

at the beginning . you should know each other better , hehe ..... if you can make friends with him , business will  be more easy.  .
