Need your urgent help!!

When our forwarder checked the B/L with me, she told that the consignee should be a company name not a person and only  the company can clear customs on the discharged port. But My customer told me that I only can use her name instead of the company name. I guessed that my customer has no company. How could she clear customs when the goods unloaded? What should I write on the consignee space, customer's name or her non-exsited company. By the way, I have sent her two express before and I used her company name. She received my samples. Is air express for clearing customs the same as the sea shipping?

1)pls put the personal name as consignee in house bill which issued by logistics company, then you client can do clearance at port of discharge;
*I-a5yOF 2)pls put your forwarder's overseas logistics agency name on master bill (ocean bill) which issued by shipping company directly, since the consignee name on master bill must show company name;7@r,vGI7C
the overseas logistics agency will do clearance if your client cannnot do import by herself and inform your client to pick up the goods.M9]v3CE'y6U

No problem for personal consignee.many clients need consignee whose name not company name.

house bill, issued and stamped by forwarder, we call it "HUO DAI TI DAN" in Chinese;
pyt7d;],c{DS master bill (ocean bill), issued by shipping company directly, suce as CSCL,EVERGREEN...we call it "CHUANG DONG TI DAN" in Chinese.;x9t-w}~_

w/Ay$v#k|} if he transfer the fund to you by WU,you must write his private name on the consignee H0~&tB$G5YY
if he transfer it under a company name,you should write his company name on the consignee

I think I will use the customer's name. As I think it would be worse if her company is not exsited.

The fund transfer name is the same as the consignee. I am really worried about my customer. If she couldn't clear the goods, what could she do next? Oh, My God.
