Don't use Mail to send samples, Italian said so.

This afternoon, some one has sent customer's sample to Italy by post. However, the customer replied quickly. "Pls go and take your samples back from PostOffice. Because the mail service of Italy always throws away your package" TNT OR DHL can be supported well.

yes,it is not a good way to send parcels via post.:D

we always use TNT, rapid, and good service

TNT and UPS is better to Italy..

we always send out documents by DHL , it is ok . We never usd Post service - EMS .In domestic , post packages to home will be ok , in my personal opinion . :)
