[color=Green][size=5]Hello, Everyboday! I am a freshman here, however, I have dealt with foreign trade for about three years, and here, I 'd like to share some of my experience with foreigners from USA.

    Life experience tells me that most of the USA customers are direct. If they want to know something about your products, price or your plants, they just speak it out. When they find your products are not accompliance with with their samples, they will direct tell you that it needs rework, but no matter what they say, there is no feeling- hurt. -_"^*Z)jfR

   As I have sated above, most USA are direct, and meanwhile, they also hope suppliers are direct and honest to them. For example, If customers hope you can submit products by sometime, however, you can not meet this deadline, you should be honest at this time, and tell him the truth. Some sales may worry by thing that you will lose one order or one customer, this is not the fact acturally. On contrary, customer will not lost confidence on you and your products, they will discuss with you, how fast you can finish the order. If you lie to customer, customer will lose their confidence on you, and the result may be worse, your company may have to shoulder more responsibility.[/size][/color],]@e l7I

we do some garment business with US compaines, but it is said that the 90% apparel markets are under the control of Jew, in my opinion, the Jew are trickish in business, they are not direct at all and you need to spend lots of time to deal with them. :Q
