Have you ever meet such kind of customer?
[size=4][font=Verdana][color=Orange]Our company is a company who mainly does foreign trade. The plant produces some High Quality products that sells to USA , EU countries and some other countries in Asia. Most of the customers are offered by Taiwan foreign trade Agency, so most of them are not direct customers. However, there is an exception. FK is an American Hardware company, who found our company by itself, and we starts doing business with them. Since it is our direct customer, so my boss pay special attention to them.

FK is a very big company In Northern American Hardware field, so it has a very large group of purchasers. Here the trouble comes. There are two main leaders who contact with me each day. One is a Man, named Larry, who worked in USA, is the USA perchasing manager, the other is a female, named Angie, who is a Malay worked in ShangHai, she is the Asian Purchasing manager. Due to the different working location they two have different instructions to me concerning each problem. My boss ask me to meet both of their requirement, however, sometimes, their instructions are completely opposite from each other. So I really don't know what to do. Sometimes, if I follow one's instruction, I will definitely hurt the other one. and they will think I am a mischief-maker, the worst thing is if I offend either one of them, my boss will think that it is my fault to lose some opportunities. However, even my boss can not give a way to solve this problem.

If they know that? Why they do not let one person contact you for the same products?

It sounds a little bit strange since they are in the same company and contact you with different opinions.

If the decrepancy between them are very huge, why they do not hold a meeting for disscussion and let one person get in touch with you? But they prefer to attend the competition within their company...

I'm not clear about your situation. Have you done any business with any of them before? I mean, orders you got from this company before. And as jeanwayang asked, did they know on this matter? Why do you think you'll hurt one of them if you do business with any of them? They inquire the same product or not?:o

Just prefer one of them who can give you the order(who is responsible to purchasing from your company now),and let another one gone.:lol ~f$fpM

In that they are in the same company which is one of the biggest in North American , so far as I know, The director in this company don't overlap sourcing same projest / account by two staff , if yes, you can co-ordinate with them pertaining to the final confirmation/decision you should follow and not both, it's also not workable .

AS THE FRIDEN #4 ,AT FIRST YOU SHOULD KNOW WHO WILL GIVEN YOU THE ORDER ,THEN TALK WITH HIM/HER.

Thanks for you guys, Acturally, their order is automatically generated through their website, and I just need to log into the system to get the orders. As far as I know, the two are competitors in their company, so they have their personal purpose when they give me instruction, and sometimes they do not want to admit it is one's fault or shoulder the responsibility in front of their big boss. what I can do now is to follow my conscience and morality. let it be!

Be quiet, let them realize that they can't impress their boss by directing you , and then they will find another. Hope the next has the knowledge to handle them over.
