how to operate well in the international trade field

I have touched this field for more than two weeks,but i feel know nothing about it ,can you tell me how to do,how to learn ? So i could do well in this field.

Herein, I just have one suggestion, to be patient, two weeks is not a long time for international business.

1.Familiar with your products & your company background;

2.Learn from your colleauges about the procedure of export,different company will have different procedure towards export,there will have some differences with the language you learnt from book for sure;

everyday send mails,quotations.but no reply,no orders.!r&d\(T2A'lz j
And in the international trade department, just me ,only one person.No one teach me.First,i was just employed as a translator .I must learn everything by myself.
