I called the customer service member in Alibaba to enquire something, the member asked if we have developed some new business since we had became the Golden supplier in Alibaba, I told him that no actual business happened although we collected much info of potential buyers...

The customer service member told me an actual case, last year, the Top 1 who use Alibaba to do business is a sales from a factory in Foshan city, the sales disclosed his sale secret is to call every one from all of the inquiries he received, his sales achievement is the best in that factory, and his bonus is the most for sure.~ wZaw |^bh

Comparing with this Top 1 sales, I realized that I am not do good enough on calling, sometimes, the time difference makes me give up the idea to call, sometimes, i think the inquires are not evaluable enough... Ww$c PdJ

Normally we all contact customer by email,free charges but can with more specific words,but we cannt sure whether customer can receive it or not,or maybe they will receive thousands of emails after put a buying information on the website.fpq:}r

Talk with those potential customers by telephone may can leave a deep impression on them i suppose.

Someone said when sales want to connect the customer,make a phone call is the best way ,the second is fax, the last is e-mail. I think some time it's difficulty to us. Because we have a little info about the potential customers. So maybe we can set the e-mail at first . After replied by the customer ,we can make a phone call to talk the detail.

I like gave a call,but unfortunately, most of our customer are from occident market. TIME is the biggest problems for me.  so many times I called them, but no answer or heard a sleeping sounds :(   so I foget it now~:(

Our boss does not allow us to call the customers because of the high telephone charge . So I have to sent emails again and again, but few of the customers reply me. I do not know what they are thinking about our prices, and I do not know how to communicate with them next ?:L
