i received an inquire letter, but i dont understand, can you help me?

i will answer your last question for the first 3 questions have been answered by other friends:bs,CH9_}
4: the packging 100 sheet per ream. and must be palletized
b"}w vv#kb it mean youo need to pack 100 sheets of that paper in one package
5s4RgIv!u(hm and palletize,it mean "da tuopan" and you can check with your forwarder
{&]q1h+YS%e[!Z2s if the goods is palletized,it will be safer.of course you need to pay extra money on it
[,O/[ OEj when the goods is exported to very far countries,the customers will often ask us to do that)_q Q[8~~R6tB
in my previous company,my russian customers will often ask us to do that
