hi, North guy
|'E/q;c%E      most of your points I agree, just a little of them I disagree, because I do not state them in the quotation.
WC;B:}l;Z~ zd1~8drMAS

A profession quotation list includes many points,to make them simply:
&V)yL?R N W5G to quote the prices exactly,quickly.

2008-3-10 22:10 mazy
Simple, clear and in time

2008-3-10 22:15 mazy
Sometimes, clients will ask for more information by a list like below:Z4~7H/vq o'[J
}6@i W0?*m/P4Y
Nanya Group company has requested following information.
Yz'@hi /m${+}'ku+E/~*j
- FOB prices(for minimum order) y.B9k$Sw8vR
- Delivery time
,ly2|y Y$x m - Minimum order quantity _9B7mt%|0nx([
- Reference customers RaN v%D UI
- Certification met sG&d*O%_p
- Country of origin \IG4kTo.@'tw7Ps
ku/N'k9q3A.y\ e9F
But I always reply him very simplily at the first email. If he's a potential client, i think he/she will reply me for more point. Otherwise, i'm lazy to reply all details for every email.

2008-3-10 22:18 mazy
What's more, lots of your real customers do know the main information about the product, so it is no need to offer all details at the beginning, we can deal with more in the near future if he/she really want to do business with u. And sometimes, i feel that they're all business people, so that some of them are busier than us. ..

2008-4-16 08:00 Lisa_Dai0713
I think the quotation should be simple, quick and should contain the shipping rule, payment term ,packing term and lead time as well.

Besides , I think the logo of company is also an important part of an quotation. :lol
