I have got several ordors since I was in this factory, and finally can stay here. It is our factory's principle that we will be fired if we can not get any order or sampling within two monthes. But  I found that they are cheating, because some of my colleagues can not get any orders, but still stay here after the probation period.

The guy is a Norwayian , he added my MSN, and introduce himself, but then, would not contact me for more information, so, every day, I will send the greetings when I saw him is on online. But the answer I got from him was " I am busy now, talk to you later" or " I will give you some inquiries, but I am busy now". At that moment, I really felt terrible, but I could not say anything disapointing. I just could talk to him" Ok, that is fine, hope you can get big achivement" , or  boasting that " every successful person is busy, so, I understand you". He replied to me " yes, of course,thank you ", a little bit like SHAMELESS ? haha, whatever.

Finally, he gave me an order, though, the amount is not big..  I was satisfied with my work.. I could finally gain from him even I have paid too much on him.

Also, I got his sencond order from him last month, and the goods has been sent out by TNT yesterday. But there is very unsatifactory thing has been happen, that is the payment. He gave me the receipt slip on 22nd, February, but we just got the amount yesterday, yes, that is when the goods was sent out. It used 14days for transferring the money from Norway to China, just like the lead time.

Bp!W'Ltg The worst is my factory's principle is 30% as downpayment, 70% should be balanced before shipment, but he thought the amount is not big, so he transferred all the amount in one time.  And he used the most slow way of transferring. Our factory has taken me under big pressure because the goods was begun to be produced 22nd,February.

And let me discuss with him, let me urge contact with his opening bank. This is only way I could choose, but when  I talked with him, he said " The money I have transferred, that is nothing I can do ! ", how could I stand it when I heard this. But I calm down. The next day, I urged him to contact his bank, this time, he told me" The Norwayian bank system is the most modern one in the word, all the business is handled through net, I seldom contact the bank in person." He did not want to contact with his bank, just because he did not want get in trouble of it. But if I could not get the money, the factory would allow me send the goods? Impossible, of course.

i%ah1R'J Every day, I talked to him not only by MSN, but also by E_mail. He felt fed up with me. But I did not care anything, what I wanted was he contact with his bank. Yeah, finally, he  called his bank, and the money reached our account at the last day when also is the delivery date.

Before, I cared he was a nice man, but I really do not know why he is like that? Do not want to do thing for supplier, which he also can benifit from? I really do not know what will happen if he did not contact his bank and the money can not reach our account, maybe he will withdraw the money, maybe our factory will detain from my salary?

Yes, you are right. But I do not know whether there are any cooperations in the future, I think he is a little bit unresponsibility and willing to swifting the responsibility.:L
