I'm very angry at this moment

There are two customers,who said they would like to come to us, but not come until now.
9V UWHt!sb"L       I'm a new comer in this factory and just want to do my best and get the higher salary.
PG%c6o W       So I have told the boss that there will be two foreign customers who will visit our factory.

      The first one, who told me that he'll come to us the next day after giving a MSN messege.The boss want to fetch him from the airport, and have not gone out the whole day.}0xI?^+W
      But he didn't buy the ticket.....%~%haEm0N"m:Q
     The second one, I'm still waiting for him or her, I just connect with some one who work in their office who have asked my cell phone number,told me that, the customer will cal l me when there is a visit chance.)uL*{d,F8@
     The boss said that do give him a telephone when the customer call me, but it is 9:26 now, we have started our work at 8:00.There is no news."L\H:V6UGT,C(E T
     How pitty, and what shall I do?

take it easy, in fact maybe we can try this way in future, first, before we tell boss about our customers visiting, we'd better to think about the connection total with customers, and then we can find it's a really potential buyers or not, maybe you know, sometimes, the customers just want to collect more suppliers message during thire visiting, so if like this way, we'd better don't tell the boss before them comming.

second, in my own idea after we take consideration about previouse communication with our customers and collecting about them message, we can find them is a really potential buyers and our products have competitive in quality, price and service, then we'd better to show our welcome to them when they told us they will visit, of cause, if we can show more competitive message to them will be better, with us full confedience too. then discuss with our boss again. a6y~ e H5\.e7@ W

f;oyQcH vA\ On Tuesday, a man gave me a call, he told me he would visit me tomorrow, and wanted me to pick him up at the bus station. I was very glad to know that, and prepare all things to be ready after finishing the call. What a surpise is: when I check the quotation I gave him, the order is very large(in our factory). I was a little bit excited at that moment. I thought, if he places the order with me, how much commision I can get????..... You know, the unit price is not high,though, it is not cheap...

But I did not get any call from him, the time was 11:00 am, I gave him a call, and talked with him about his visitation and our preparation. Can you guess what he told me ? He said: Oh, sorry, I wake up late this morning, so, I do not have enough time now. Could we meet tomorrow?     What can I say? yes...of course..,o%?:i4[/U.v

Now, Betty, how do you think about this? Are you angry now? I am very calm..hehe. So, just take your time. Maybe the customer has many things to do or he has found another factory who can supply better price. What we can do now is to develop new customer... Of course, if the factory can low down the price, that will be much better.

looks like your customer location are not far away, so i want to know why don't you go to there to meet your customer directly?

!i3oI h?i I think the trip expense may be low. if you boss allow you to meet this customer and this customer maybe become your big customer,you need to visit him.

Nothing to be such easy.... I have met some customers before, the lowest somsuption for meeting a customer should be 400-500RMB. If the factory does not cover this expense for me, as far as my low salary's concern.. I can not afford it.:L
