We only send them our catalogues or some other samples like leather or wood,we provide them information for free,they pay for the freight charges for only one time.

We will pay for all the freight charges once upon they placed order to us,but if they need furniture samples,charges will be on their account for sure.

we are willing to give the samples free but we need our friend to understand the condition here, we got so many inquiries for samples from all over the world, if we pay the sample, pay the courier charge, that will be a heavy burden. So we really hope you can understand and support us... :)

our factory's policy is:

HA-P$dF#LUYI      if the sample if not free, we have charge them the sample fee, then we will cover the expense of freight, but it depends on where the customer is, if the customer is long from our factory, the mail fee also should be in their account. HJ9I |%VH$v

jMto+`/z4r _?bY      To be honest, all the cost and fee has to be bourned by the buyer in our factory nowadays. Otherwise, we should pay the extra cost by ourself. That is the policy what our factory noticed recently.

our company can't offer free sample or change the free shipping fee at all~ only if the seller take charge by ourself

Free charge for samples if the sampls values not much; verse vesa>k-nVC%k k!V `m
shipping fee is never free for new customers, loyal ones will be in another case.
