Any idea to be a sales manager?

I do not know, because I am not a sales manager, but in my humble opinion, I think that if someone should be a good manager, it not only depends on himself/herself, but also depends on the company.%c6_-f h#`bh

First, the manager should be very kind to every comer, if you do not like him, please do not hire him, when you hire him, please treat him as you treat every in the same way.

Second, to share your experience with your underling, my manager alway ask us to do better, but if we ask him how to deal with some problem, he always says that you are so stupid. You see, this is not a good way, every one does not like him. Sharing your useful experience is very important.

TC;o^AAX2qI Third, train them to be what you would like them to be, as professinal as possible, then, you do not have to get orders, you can let your underling get order. You can do other things to improve yourself, it is benifit for both.
