Let your customer trust you is the successful begining. As my experience, we shall be sincerely to them. And we need to stand in their situation to think about what they think, what they, what they worry when we keep our profit or payment security. I found many suppliers only think about themselves and waste time to repeat the same idea. If you can show to your customer you can do this product, you have ability to handle well their case and care more details then they care FOR THEM, they would be appreciated and trust you. I did like this and I win, hope you are also good lucky!
