After clients got the items ,he complain that some of them are  defective. But you are sure that it is not your fault as before sending the items ,you checked and everything was ok...L2d^.P0Hq5n

&HpV.`&FlN+O if you met such situation, what will you do ?  Send clients new ones or just apology or asked them send back ?

In our furniture industry,i've never met this kind problem until now,but in my own opinion, send a new one would be better if the customer is a potential one.

Depends.

If it values much, maybe I do not. If acceptable, maybe I'll. As to the postage, maybe he or I bear. depends. Sometimes it is not the money that matters, but the attitude.4t,mNi(^6b-gn[]:E

j\o yT Is there much difference between your product and its photo? Better mark this kind of remarks on your website or pamphlet "there is a color difference between the product and its photo", etc..

Second, is it the first time for the customer to do business with you? Do you know him or the market well?xU;X fW`)A _J

Maybe he is a perfect customer. Do remember to explain rationally to him. As far as I know, some customer does so just to try the seller. You know, he might be a big buyer.9ahX,G:jA| ]-y

First, you should explain clearly to your client.s*{S)?afn
Second, you should send the sample again if you think he is an important client

It is better to take some photos when loading the goods, closing the door of container, then you can show the buyer directly.:)
