Just to be sincerely and tell the truth to your customer,but dont forget to show your advantages to your customers.

firstly, i will evaluate if i need to make response to the inqires i received,(hf4y k/\'l!^&@
then i will search the information of the sender as full as possible to get a quick and clear understanding about their business,%C'k| {m
after that, i will reply the inquires according to the senders'  different business ranges and types,
{^i8N4A&[1] GG'|;] at last, i will give the inquires I replied a grade, for the high grade ones, i will call for tracing...

hehe, thank you! but as for the price we quote, this only the reference price, according to their quatity , we can reduce more or less, in this way,how can we say to the clients, directy? or some other words?could you give me some suggestions?thank you again:loveliness:

if so, i think you can tell u client you will quote the best price to him according to their original samples or their quality requirement,t)l,n!XS'j8g\&G$L [
it is better should your client can accept a higher price for your excellent quality, normally,quality is most important factor.

An email can catch buyer's eyes directly,short but clear,what is your advantage on this products,quality,price,delivery date.x`VZq;s z6q
But don't spend a lot time on words sound nicely to please the customer.
