That is a problem that few useful reply... most are rubbish which I deducted it when I saw it..........:funk: :funk:

When we send letters to the potential customers,we should pay attention on the quality of our letters,try to make our advantages more obviously,meantime,don't make it as a article with many words.cpAMswt

Once i always like to send letters with our specific introductions of company,goods and stuff,but get few responses.Now i can get more after only tell them we are the furniture manufacture and let him to see our website or contact me if want more information.

to be frank, when there're a great many unneccessary emails , so-called rubbish letters, I'll read no and just delete.!pMvT+Xhy(I
we must believe that customers want to get the high quality but low price goods, so tell them directly and simply, that's ok.

send again and see while further contact some of the venders by mails first.

So, maybe an easy and brief promoting letter could be the key of your business.
