to tell the ture ,my salary is lower than the worker in our factory. for that ,i feel so shame to

Some times the salary is not the most important for the new comer. The culture and other stipulations in the company are more important than salary.

Because in a company, the culture and stipulations are different from college, you can become more and more mature if you can keep moving on.
