Now i am always try to keep a good mood myself. if before, like this kinds of customer, i weren't give him any good reply. One company always have their own principle,towards this kind of customer,i always said sample charges is always needed to a new customer,and will refund once upon the order placed,also after good cooperation,all the sample charges will be on our account.Meantime,same to express charges:lol ,frankly speaking,this is a very normal way:lol :L .

just tell him that according to your company regulations ,you never send the sample to the new customers on your expense without getting their confirmed order.if he is really sincere ,you can send the sample on your expense sometime,but to such customers,i won't do that if i were you

/~U~ Lk The one, you do think about this client is a very potential one ?if so , you can have a try to make a sample according to their request and send to them . (but you have to know he is really insteresting in you product, but for a sample only.) 3cJ2x4]S$^ O/z

[[/m#g@ Secondly, you can ask him to pay you for that sample.  you should think about that if one client really interested in you products and want to do the business with you, he never care about such little fee of sample.

:L It's him looking for me and asking for samples. and we have sent each other more than 7 pcs emails. i am thinking i am lucky to meet a scarm.  yesterday evening, we exchange 3 email, i have given up asking for sample charges and only asked for an DHL Delivery Number. Still he replied me there is no way to work together if i won't send him samples free of charge free of delivery.:L :Q  hehe, though i am a new one and this is my second time to be here to study. but heihei.:lol

Regarding the sample sending , i have some poor ideas to say here.
'|5JzL#C2W7G F as you known, China has many supplier in the same industry, sb will supply the sample with free charge who will catch the business opportunity, in this case , we will make an  investigation for the customer, just as the building year , main market, and his cooperator.....if he is the ture one interested in our prodcuts we will send the sample free charge but the freight will collect....... i hope my customer will place me the order soon :lol

I don't think your client is discriminating to us(Chinese)

I experienced lots of fellowmen, they are very defending and sensitive especially when deal with foreigners...I personally think that it's not necessary. People won't change their thoughts/attitude just because you are angry with their words. Calm down, and consider the thing as it stands, then they will know every body should treat each other equal and on same level including Chinese!
