Kind customers from India

They are from one company,the company is at Mumbai,India,they are not developed by myself but just forwarded from one of my colleague which have left our company.

[color=Red]The first one i knew:[/color]As i am a new comer in this company and also all the cooperation histories between them and our company is new to me,no colleagues can told me about it:L ,a man,which in charge of our business there,just told me everything,he said,you need time to understand it.I said,when we talk about business,you are my customer,or we are friends.Now we are always chatting through skype and he teach me many things about furniture.

Yesterday,i just got his call 30 minutes before offduty,one from his company said he is in China now and will come with his boss and colleague from India tommorrow & just meet him at a hotel at 8:30,it means i must get up at 6:00:L ,that is not the point,but worst problem is all the products in our show room are new styles which i dont familiar at all:L ,i didn't sleep until 1:00 yeserday night,finally,a full quotation have come out:victory: ,although i think i haven't prepare well,but i have no idea:Q .

[color=Red]The second one:[/color]He is a energetic ppl although he is not young,very gentleman,frankly speaking,i've never think India will be very gentleman,but he changed my opinion,open the door for me,and ask some warmly questions for i am a new comer in our company,deeply moved.

[color=Red]The third one:[/color]He is the boss of that company,a humorous & gentle male,enjoy his music with us and also introduce the background of relative movies to me,just like a kind uncle:loveliness:

[color=Red]The forth one:[/color]A brown skin boy with health body:lol ,ya,he is a handsome gentleman:loveliness: ,we also chat with each other very happy,when he works,just show a very experienced,professional one to us:victory: ,I thought he dont speak English,but he speak a very fluent english to me [img]http://forum.fobshanghai.com/images/smilies/sweat.gif[/img].

They didn't say much about price,as i am new comer,they just give me enough time to fit it,to prepare the information,they always say "i will waiting for you".I think whenever they say those words to me,i will always try my best to give them my responce,cuz they are kind to me:victory:

[color=SeaGreen]They changed my mind towards India,they are not rude,not oversensitive,they are also humorous & gentle,maybe with a pair of beautiful eyes:loveliness:  

Just moved by them,maybe i am a easy moved girl..

I got some friends there. We just contact with each other by e-mail and MSN.

They alwasy show me some info. about their country, culture, and local custom. It is really different with ous.

I really enjoy some India music, wonderful & fantastic. :victory:

My client is Indian, he is a gentle man and very polite to me.For example, every times he replys to my e-mail begin with Dear angela and end  with best regards and his name .Though he only say thank you to me . I have the same feeling with the #1 author.Any country has friendly people and bad one.But we should most people is friendly .

I have a customer from India, after he enquiry about products and get the quotation, then he seemed diappeared. I can not connect him at all.

Different!

One of my customer from India is not so good as you said.
Bad credit, a little same as some people from African.
Bad manner, it is diffucult to image that they had high-lever education oversea and speak so good english.
ok, forget it! just let us keep in mind, take care!

the price you quoted they usually care! otherwise large company!

:Q I just made a big mistake days ago,i forgot to ask debit note from the shipping company so i didn't get the B/L in time,also it is very troublesome to get the oringanal B/L from Wai Hai for we must ask express company to get the B/L for us which took me more than 2 days,it only need 12 days to arrrive India,3 days deferment,3 days to remit the payment and got the right to take the B/L,2 days to aske express to get the B/L,one day to make the C/O,i cannt image how i spent those days at the moment:Q

My  customer told me that he is very disappointed with me this time and he felt tired for the ship will arrive their port soon but all the documents are still not came out yet.I was extremely sad when hear that he was disappointed with me,i explained many to him but he just kept silence,at last i just said to him: "Mr. XX,the only words i can say is just sorry,i am very sorry for all the inconvenience caused:( ".

I though he would not talk to me until i sendt him the documents,but he just replied me soon which said that he is very sorry for let me feel bad,but now he is been caught the neck by some others.

:Q I really felt bad after heard those words,i dont like this feeling,make my customer stayed such bad status:(

Anyway,i am so lucky,documents have sent by the ninth day and it only took more than two days to arrive India,everything is fine now.

We should be more serious when working,also that is what i must do!

An important point to note, any shipment to India, please ask for 14 days detention free from shipping company .

Learn from your experience.We need to take care of everything to make our order goes smoothly....
