It is hard for you to find foreingners here. I think you should foreign forums,However I think if you want to improve your English,You also can communicated with each other in China,For most of us can speak English

If you want to practice your oral English ,maybe you can chat in English with us who are chinese .Because maybe there are few foreigners in FOB,I think .

I also want to know whether threre are foreigners in this english fortum.
In my own opinion,there maybe some,but limited.
But the fortum provides all of us with a platform to communicate in english,It's also very usefull for improving our english.
I will come here freguently!
