[Share] My experience of Hardware Exhibition

[size=4][color=Blue]      The three-day 12th Yongkang Hardware Exhibition has finally ended, I was fortunate to attend with my boss.:victory: Although I only stayed in here two days,  I have accumulated experience of exhibition.

5lHd3v'iA       Time flies, it soon be September 26th, the time of Yongkang hardware exhibition. I attent the exhibition with very excited feeling. I would discuss business with foreigner face to face in our booth . My english level would be tested. I would see that whether my english has been improved or not .

     The first day: There were so many people ,and the weather was so hot. :Q Honestly speaking , I could't put up with this weather. Although there were a lot people attent the exhibition, few foreighers turned up. I felt so depressed that there wasn't a foreigner I can see in the whole morning.:(  Only a few people which work in the trading company came to my booth to take the catalogue and exchange the name card with us. I began to think : The yongkang hard ware Exhibition is less influenceable than the guangzhou commodies fair. Then the most interesting thing happened, an Indian came to my booth while I thinking. He looks so black, and there are so many sternal seta in his chest, just like a near relative of gorilla.( just joking) He took one of samples and asked me a question in Indian english: How much the radian? I didn't hear  the word of radian clearly, just wanted to let him pardon. To my suprise, he said with me in Chinese: "I really can't understand how your College educates students." :o I was so gloomy and angry that gave him an answer:" I'm sorry I didn't hear clear what you said just now, it's my fault,  none business of our college education. Also do you know your Indian english is not very standard? I'm not used to listen it because I studied standard english in compus, not Indian english, hope you understand. Moreover, now that you can speak Chinese, why don't you chat with me in Chinese? Don't you know I'm a Chinese, Don't you know the old saying: do in Rome as Rome does? He made a smile and said:" I'm sorry to said that just now, please accept my apology.Thank you ." I answered:" Don't mention it ."  Then we talk to each other in Chinese, I was so suprise that he can speak fulent Chinese.  He asked me some prices of samples , took our catalogue and exchanged each other's name card. So my first day of attending the exhibition ended.:L [/color][/size]

[size=4][color=Blue]      The third day: Owing to suffering from sick , I missed the second day of exhibition. So gloomy. There was a few people because of the last day, I couldn't help to think : Whether the exhibition will end just like that?  however, pleasantly suprise are always turn up in the end.,gH7`*myO;M`&D

F O:?F9HL0Hh       At about 10:30 am, there were two foreigners come from  Egypt visted my booth. One of them chose some samples of our products and then made a specific busniess discussion with me .  To tell the truth, he was a shrewd businessman . He pointed to a sample and asked me how much . I answered:" $1.30." He shook his head and said:" too expensive. how about $ 1.00?" Oh my god, the price I offered is the lowest price, we couldn't accept any price lower than that. So I said:" I'm sorry , we can't accept the price of $1.00." " How about $1.10? " he gave me another price. I shook my head. " how about $1.15?" he asked again. I also shook my head. He used the calculator to calculate and gave me answer:" The highest price I can give you is $1.20. what do you think?"  I discussed with my boss whether we can accept this price , my boss told me if we accept this price , there's few profits to earn. So I refused and say:" I'm sorry , the price I offered just now is the lowest price , any price lower than that will not be accepted." He made a smile and said :" Ok, we accept your price." Oh, what a sly guy, as a matter of fact, he has accepted our price in the first time, he bargained with me so long in order to obtain more lower price the factory can be endured. And then ,after a keen discussion, we finally made a big concession to the price in order to get his order. I'm so admit him for his smart. Besides, I chated with his partner, and made a friend with him. TmH0l9A.p
        
-Nv0ug$k Hs       In this Hardware exhibition, I not only obtain a big order, but also add experience of exhibition , even make a foreign friend. It's a good opportunity for me to improve my english more and more. I think it's very worth while to attend this exhibition.[/color][/size]

hehe , What  a sly guy he is. But I believed that  he was bound to accept our price .Why?  Because our price is very reasonable and lowest.:lol

Not many foreigners go to this fair from abroad as my experiences.mbjt n.{
The visitors most of them are from trading companies,,one part is from Yiwu,Ningbo or other places foreigners, most of them are stay in China for a long time.they knew the market clearly....$Hb6r5QaT,L~6o

l4^6GT+jA lS1B What you said above is right, I highly agree to it. Also I met my clients who work in the trading company in the Exhibition. It's fortunately  for me to meet foreigner and discuss business with them face to face in the fair.:)

Thank you for reading my post carefully. I don't like Indian at all, but he came to our booth, I had to treat him the same as other client. Everyone must  know the number of  people who speak Chinese as their mother tongue is the largest all over the world. I believe that Chinese will be the First and the most important language of the world  in the future. :)
