CM9ty5a;u7Br8L4~ [font=Verdana][size=4][color=Black]I arrived at hangzhou in the early morning of Sep 30, maybe it was just 5 o'clock, when I got to GLV , it was about 9am, there was already some students waiting. One of them is a little girl, she will go abroad next year, and she just graduated from high school, her parents will send her to Australia continue her college. When we had lunch in the dinning room, all the staff in GLV speak English together, when they ask me questions in English, I only can hear them clearly 50% , but I am ashamed to answer them in English,too.

Z%`'T2l8w;H After lunch, there was a test about speaking and listening, the teacher tested me is from Canada, he asked me many questions, in fact the questions were very easy, such as, where are you from, where are you working, but some words I can't understand him, I just ask him repeat, at last, he said, no problem, you should practise more later, and speak loudly, he give me level 3A, I think everyone who has been to GLV should know the meaning of level, they give different students different level according their speaking and listening, then they will teach different lessons to different level.

\ Zf2t0P,yv After the test, the president of hangzhou GLV gave all the new students a speech, he talked about the history of GLV, the history of his English studying, he can't speak any words before he came to GLV, but three months later, he can speak with any foreigner,  he said self-confidence is the most important thing, if you meet a new word, just remember its meaning in English, and don't use the electric dictionary, it is no use for your studying, also he recommended us to buy an English-English dictionary, it is not so difficult, and you should just read it as reading a book.

GLV's method to learn English is total immersion, he asked all of us obey the rule : English only. Don't mind your speaking is right or wrong, just speak out.[/color][/size][/font]

In the morning, I found my name on the blackboard, in classroom 205, level 3A. There were 11 students in level 3A, and 9 of us had finished a session in GLV, another girl and I were new students, and she will study 3 months in GLV, I envy her,hehe. Our teacher is Sheila, she is from Philippine, Her English is very good, English only in class, it is the first time for me to attend this kind of lessons, so I must pay all my attention to her, otherwise I won't catch all her words well, she spoke very clearly, so I can understand 90% of her words, because it was the first class, she just said some rules in her class, and let us be active, she didn't teach us the skilled lessons, when the class was over, she said I should be more active later,don't be shy. The teacher is Susan, a Chinese girl. In the first hour, she let us say there sentence, including three food. I said: I was born in a small village, and I planted vegetables by myself, cooked it by myself,too. It was delicious. I work in wenzhou now, all the people in wenzhou like to eat seafood, but I don't like it. Now I came to GLV, the food was delicious, too. she said my English was good. hehe. In the scoend hour, she gave us some papers, but we didn't know what it written on other's paper, everyone should read your own paper loudly , and others should pay more attention to it, because you should listen carfully about others word, and decide who is behind of you, and who is in front of you. my words are : I dropped my shopping bag, and the broke the eggs. the person in front of me was reading newspaper, the people behind me helped me pick up the vegetables. if I heard another one read : I am reading newspaper, Then I will know who is in front of me. then I should stand behind him. just like this, but because some one couldn't read the words clearly, so we made some mistake at the first time, the order was wrong, in the second time, we were right, but the time was very quickly, the class was over just when we finished the queue.[/color][/size][/font]5n*v(Tf&}A)a k9S
