As i've been doing buyer job for 2 years in an EU company in china . I think the hardest part is to find out a good and steady supplier in china ! while you cooperation with factories ,you be requested to always keep your eyes on entire process .you have to make good reathionship with the owner since the guy affects your quality and bottom line price of the products ! you need to have alternative suppliers in another hand for avoiding any unsure accident. because so many factories do business not exactly by contract or logical mood,people see private relatiohship usually more than profit .
