Help: what can I do now?
Hello everybody, now I face a difficult problem about the payment, please tell me what shall I do?

I work five months then I successfully get two orders, one from America and another from Australia? But nearly one month my customers don't pay the money to me. I write two emails to each customer to let them arrange the payment and I also call my Austalia customer to pay. he said he would pay us within one week but at the end of last week I didn't get the money. Now I'm really worried about this. What can I do now?

anyway, if possible u can call them,but not only email

You should at least tell us what payment terms did you use? Or you just send your goods to abroad without any contracts?

u canot deliver the goods to ur client before u get the money.then u must call phone to ur client as soon as possibility

Take it easy. You should let your cashier go to bank to check the money. If the money don't reach, send e-mail to your clients or call them. Also , if your client don't remit money to you, don't arrange the productionl :)
