For this company, as a home company, only have one telephone and one fax machine, the computer i used have seven years old. They haven't invested any charge B2B( actually my boss don't know much about export business).GZq1Wh-G|h

1Q-} wB ^u/I I started working on Nov 2006, about three months for translating work, preparing the documents for CE certificate, making new webiste and desiging work. ( during this period i have register about 20 pcs B2B website, and for this websit if can i have sent trade leads and products information)i%i/l$Ur

For india, i have spent 3 months, and have sent the fitting to them, but i haven't received the order from him main reason is that our technology haven't reach his requirement.

Always people don't like export products to india, because they always need discount, and don't pay for on time.( so sometimes in my mind i have this image, don't like do business with them)%U%u ^*s+}~

But during this time, i have sent sample to them, for sample we sent to them by free, but needed them pay for the freight, so i game him our boss pravite account, asked him to remitt 40USD.

1RZb!I-t He paid for us on time and sent bank receipt to us, but for the first time while we sent sample we didn't know need PI, so while the sample reached India custom, because we haven't made PI, so custom needed customer pay for 21USD, and then sent the products to customer, d-nx/Y9lb
During this time, the express company need us wrote guarantee to them,for me i also wrote to customer hope he pay for the custom fee, He was a very kind man, he promised he would pay for it, while the sample reach to his office. At last he paid for the custom fee.[/color]

1I#~ TB9G v-@'O S     my second customer from Germany, i have spent 20 days, he gave us the order, but unluckly, we haven't got export license, during that time, i persuaded cusomter pay for to our boss private account, but he refused.

5N _&_$H*DPP7b)d     For this order i learnt i have some communicates problem with my boss, he didn't plan to apply for export license and found reliable export agent. So i reply to customer very very late about one month.(during that period, from Dec.2006 to Mar 2007)hp|%{d\| X
   
g;Xdp N+L,G)rR ]](f     April was very good season for me, and our boss found the export agent, so now i though it's good time for me to contact with our customer, but the man reply to me:"your company always lie to others, i doubt whether you are the manufacturer, we don't like do business with you", while i sent the mail to them and found our mail account was spam.$g^#`Gr o [%W-W6^

      Canton fair in Guangzhou, some of our customers visited the fair, they have written email to me, and infromed us they would like visited our factroy, and asked me arranged schedule.(we haven't attend the fair in guangzhou)qOpn;TpC

0qYvSV Z-z    On April 22nd, the guy from Ethiopia decided to visited our factory, He asked me pick him up from Xiaoshan airport.(From our country to Xiaoshan airport we drove car need about one hour and a half )

     At 2pm, the guy called me, he was in Guangzhou airport, about 4pm, he would be in Xiaoshan airport, he asked us calculate the time and met him. At three pm, he called me again, because of the heavy rain, the plane was postponed to start on 4pm, but still pending.

dp|3c8VcK      At 21:50, i met him at the airport, while on the car, i understood, i must told him our products to him, because on 23rd morning i would went to Yuhuan to pick the man from Croatia. After introducing our products, i told him i will go to another city to meet our customer, because we have made appointment. He said he understood my situation.u%H;i4IJ+}T
    At 23:30, we arrived at our country, after customer checked in hotel, we went our for food, because we were so hungry. While back to apt I called my boss, and told him the detail. The customer will wait him at downstairs at nine o'clock in the morning, and while he reach to hotel called him.

During this time, the guy sent email to our boss emal address, but our boss email address always have problem, so the guy called us, and asked me send email address to him.

[color=Magenta]    I have contacted the guy from turkey, so always we talked thought MSN, till at the end of Jan. we got CE certificate, then he asked me to ask export company sending PI to them and then they opened L/C to export company in Ningbo. From Feb to Mar, our boss asked man several time to send PI to customer. I felt so funny, at last they sent PI to customer, when it's already APR.  And the man told customer the goods would be ready at the end of April. But while i asked my boss it's would be ok at middle of May. z(AF*nx"yy fMf^O

&UG7YaU    So now customer complained this company, he said they have cooperated about 6 years, and they always postpone the delivery time and never pay more attention for the order.

    About June, our boss asked me to send fax to export company. The payment is 100% T/T before despatch. While i called and asked him whether received the fax, he said we never saw this payment in China, we want to cancel the order. So shall i ask my boss, let him talk with you? And the man was angry and said it's no sense. I told this to my boss, and my boss called him, the man still wanted to cancel the order.
