how to write to customer?

one of our customer from Lima, and while free we talk on Message,
m RsZ[ one day he tell me, he will end business with us, because he have less time in world due to bad heath.u&|&y2`{]S
So now while i talk with him i don't know how to do?n3qmgh

always i don't like talk with customer via MSN, always you don't have time to think about how to response to him. But now, what shall i do? Just give up, or do other things for him?

may be,but on the long time you cooperated with him,you should express your care,and you should say that you want to keep the business on with his company,and so on.now we want to know what do you do with the business or other things .
