how to communicate welll with the boss,the boss give me and my partner a order ,we are frensh men in the company.in the first days i buzy for another works ,less time for the new order ,my partner aways communicate with my boss ,now i want to work for it ,but i do not kown how to deal with ,and she  deal with all thing ,do not tell me the circs obout the oder ,the important is other colleague thinking  the boss give the woker to our both but main things is deal by **,they thinking ,i have not the responsibility,in fact ,i want to do this order ,all of our looking for opptunity ,and when she communicate with the boss i embarrasscommunicate,or i think snatch her contribution.it is terrible.how can i do ?

we share the same exprience. i dealed with all the documents for my company over two years. I really feel boring about it. Now i am a sales manager either. :loveliness:

today. i take a mistake. it is very sad.felling i'm very unhappy.  i have a client of home. this me first  new clients. but i handle something about trade is not very well. i send the right price for her. but i conunt is not base the right price. and it to cause our company less thirsty dollar. all right. our boss 's wife is a very kind women. she did not punish me. and also not blame me. so i felling guilt alittel. i' m so careless really. so i felling very sad . i  really  did not know why am i so careless.  i see the number 380 change the 390. but the number 9 i written so weight. look like s a 1. l look at the mistake number . so as to i base the number 1 to count. i less than 80.0dollar to cause. although our boss's wife nothing to say. but i really fell embarassed. i should very careful  and sober in the future. add well. it is the foreigh order. elso the trouble is difficulty. ai. peple need to sober and careful.

As for my job, I am working as a sales assistant for a ceramic factory in their international trade department. As a sales assistant, when we received the signed S/C or PO, I will perform the details in accordance with the conditions and terms which stipulated on the orders accurately and promptly. During the production, I should keep in touch with our customers to update the order status which including the specific delivery date, production schedules, shipping, confirmation of the samples, shipping documents etc. Meanwhile, I handle our e-mail, fax, enquires and receive the clients when they come to our showroom. In a word, the work of my position is quite taxing, you need patience, good time-organized, acceptive to the changes and good communication skills. In this sense, my job gives me a lot in terms of the working experience, and I make so many good friends from it. 4y;k%nz NKeks

1. To be confident in yourself, your company and your products, it will give your customers a good and reliable impression. I was told by some foreigners that they love confident people. Please kindly note we just have one chance to give a first impression.

2. Try best to have a good understanding of your products, your industry and your competitors. Most of the customers are professional, knowledgeable and well experienced. Some times I have no ideas when they asked me some specialized questions. It is really ashamed and embarrassing at that moment. I know it would take several years to be professional, anyway, in my spare time I like to communicate with our engineers and technicians as much as I can. I found it’s helpful and useful.

I have to make a lot of calls to different kinds of people every day, some of them are easy going, and few are exactly not. At very beginning of my career, I even cried after work when someone shouted me or because of their bad attitude. Now I am stronger than I was a graduate and I keep a good relationship with my colleagues and customers. Of course, no pain no gain; it results from my long time efforts and my sincerity to other people around me.

#M7K2c#E9kJva 4. Never let your customers to wait. Try to give them a specific time when you can give them an answer. I know, in some circumstance, it is not easy to make promise. I mean please act and reply as quickly as you can. At least, you can let them know the status of what you are doing. Once they lose their patience or feel disappoint with you that it comes the trouble.
